Full professor at Bar-Ilan University’s Faculty of Law; formerly Dean and currently Vice Rector.
Holds the Jean Monnet Chair in EU Law and Institutions.
Served as visiting professor at institutions including University of Toronto, Columbia University, Georgetown University, UCLA, University of Luxembourg, University of International Business and Economics (Beijing), and European University Institute (Florence).
Published approximately 50 academic articles and books internationally.
Served as arbitrator in international trade disputes involving the US, China, and the EU within the WTO framework.
